Deposit: |
A non-returnable deposit of £20 per person or 10%
of the cost of your stay (whichever is the greater), is required for all
bookings. This sum will be deducted from your final account. Deposits can be
made with credit/debit cards by telephone or by our secure online booking form
or if by post cheques to be made payable to The Roseleigh. Prices
quoted include VAT. |

Absence: |
No allowance will be made for temporary absence, meals
not taken or for departure earlier than confirmed. |
|
Reservations: |
We respectfully remind you that a verbal or
written reservation constitutes a legal contract. In the event of a
cancellation, both parties should endeavour to re-let the accommodation.

High Season, Weekends and Bank
Holidays: |
Please note that single night bookings at
weekends and in the high season may not always be accepted.
Weekends: - please note that we usually require a minimum 2 nights stay.
Bank Holiday Weekends: - please note that we normally require a
minimum 3 nights stay. |

Holiday Cancellation Insurance /
Non-Arrival: |
In the event of cancellation of your
booking we make every effort to re-let the accommodation. However, if we are
unable to do so, you can be legally liable to pay the total value of the
booking. In order to avoid this, we strongly advise all intending guests to
insure against cancellation.
In the case of non-arrival, departure
earlier than originally booked or cancellation we reserve the right to deduct
balances outstanding/owing - payment will be taken from the credit/debit card
used to secure the room/s with the initial deposit.

Payment: |
We accept cheques up to Bankers Card
limit. For larger amounts five days notice is required. We accept the following
credit cards - Mastercard/Access, Visa/Barclaycard, Switch/ Direct
Debit/Delta/Maestro. |

Walkers: |
Would walkers please remove boots and dirty
clothing before entering The Roseleigh. We will do our best to try and dry wet
boots - please contact reception. |
|
Children: |
We welcome children aged 6 years and
over. |
|
Damages: |
In the event of any damage to or loss (e.g.
keys) of hotel property caused by the client(s), we reserve the right to charge
to replace, repair or professionally clean the item(s) concerned as well as any
associated costs. |

The proprietors reserve the right to
amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of the person who
is a party to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of
other guests. |
Information |

Checking in and Out: |
CHECK IN - is from 4pm to 10pm on
day of arrival - please note that it may be possible to accommodate an earlier
check in by prior arrangement. Please note that we do not accept check ins /
arrivals after 10pm. CHECK OUT - For the convenience of incoming
guests we require rooms to be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.

No Smoking: |
By popular request, in the interest of
comfort and safety of our guests we operate a "No Smoking" policy throughout
the property. Should you choose to ignore this policy, you will be asked to
leave and charged in full for your entire stay plus an additional £100
for specialist cleaning to your room. Payment will be taken from the card used
to secure the room/s. |

Parking: |
Access to The Roseleigh car park is via
Hartington Road. Up to nine spaces (subject to the way cars are parked) are
available to the side and rear of the Roseleigh on a first come /first served
basis (please note that we cannot reserve specific spaces) - parking is
prohibited in front of the property for safety and access reasons. Additional
parking is available nearby. |

Valuables: |
The proprietors cannot accept
responsibility for loss of, or damage to, guests' property both in the property
or our Car Park. |
